Delivery period
- As of business days, it will be released on the same day for deposit confirmation before 12 p.m. (excluding weekends/holiday)

- It is delivered within 1–2 days on average on weekdays after payment is completed (excluding mountainous areas), and delivery may be delayed if weekends/holiday/holiday holidays are included, or if it is due to heavy orders due to events or courier circumstances.

- After the product is shipped, it is difficult to exchange/cancel/address change, and a delivery fee of 6,000 won will be incurred if you request cancellation after the shipment.
(However, KRW 3,000 will be incurred if the delivery fee is paid when purchasing the product.)

- If the deposit is not confirmed within 2 days of receiving the order, the order will be canceled automatically.

Exchange and refund policy

Exchange/Return Information

- When exchanging/return the product, contact the customer service center (0507-1430-3313) and send it to us for smooth processing.

- If you return it arbitrarily, it may be treated as a refusal to receive it, so please make sure to apply for a return through the customer service center.

- In the case of exchange/return due to a change of mind or mistake purchase, if the product has not been used or the package has not been damaged, you can apply within 7 days from the date of supply. You must pay the round-trip courier fee (KRW 6,000)

- If there is more than 2/3 of the contents left, a dermatologist's note is required when requesting an exchange/return due to skin trouble after use, and medical expenses and drugs are not supported.
